SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. The needle with a thread is pierced through the fixator edge and lowered transperitoneally into the abdominal cavity. The needle with the thread is captured with a needle holder, and the stomach wall is punctured at a 2 cm step from the formation, followed by extracting the needle with the thread through the abdominal wall and the fixator. The free ends of the thread are retained with the needle holder for open surgery so that the fixator with a clamp fits against the skin. A transparietal traction suture is then applied on the contralateral side, providing organostatic function. The lumen of the stomach is opened with a bipolar coagulator and, bordering the ectopic pancreas (EP) area, the stomach wall with the neoplasm is resected. The defect is sutured transversely with two-row intracorporeal sutures.

EFFECT: method minimises the trauma rate and ensures the removal of the stomach formation in a single block, minimises the risk of leakage of gastric acid into the free abdominal cavity and prevents damage to skin while tension is created, allows for adequate histomorphological examination of the removed part of the ectopic gland and improves the cosmetic effect.
