FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has support unit joined with linkage members. The support unit has two vertical uprights. The uprights are connected to each other by means of transverse strip. Two mechanical arms with gear elevator members are longitudinally movably mounted on the strip. The elevator members are movable along the mechanical arm log. Linkage member is a ligature to be brought through two pierces in the abdominal wall using a needle passing through abdominal cavity. Each ligature is attached to its proper elevator member. Intra-abdominal part of ligature has atraumatic inlay. EFFECT: simplified structure; reduced risk of traumatic complications in treating the cases of generalized peritonitis and pancreonecrosis. 2 dwg
