FIELD: nuclear physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear physics and is used in neutron-induced track dosimetry. To transfer nanoparticles from the surface of the grid of the diffusion battery to the surface of the track detector, an adhesive tape is used, which is initially tightly pressed to the surface of the grid of the diffusion battery. Adhesive tape is then detached from the grid, wherein the nanoparticles remain on the stationery adhesive tape. Stationery adhesive tape is then glued to the surface of the track detector, then the track detector is irradiated in the field of neutrons, as a result of fission of 239Pu and/or 235,238U nuclei, fragments are formed, which, when interacting with the material of the track detector, leave a destruction trace in it. After irradiation, the adhesive tape is removed from the track detector. Detector is subjected to processing for visualization or detection of the formed tracks by selective etching of the surface of the detector; upon completion of the etching procedure, the detectors are subjected to washing in distilled water and drying. Etched and dried detectors are scanned with an optical microscope for defects.

EFFECT: invention enables transfer of nanoparticles from the surface of the grid of the diffusion battery to the surface of the track detector in industrial conditions.
