FIELD: production of nuclear filters. SUBSTANCE: nuclear filters are produced by irradiation of film of plastic material by stream of fission fragments of fissionable material. Then the film produced is etched and washed accomplished with drying. Washing and drying are conducted during mode of displacement of the film at preset speeds. Simultaneously with washing the film is subjected to effect of constant electric field which is directed in perpendicular to surface of the film. Moreover, attack is performed during two time periods being equal at different directions of electric field. Distances between electrodes which form electric field are set according to the relation given. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 1 dwg
