FIELD: nuclear particle energy spectra measurements. SUBSTANCE: targets containing nuclides of different nuclear reaction thresholds are irradiated by adrons; reaction products are registered by solid- state tracking detectors; number of tracks on solid-state tracking detectors is analyzed and adron fluencies having energies exceeding threshold values are determined by means of pre-measured detector assembly response functions. The target sets contain foils made of materials having atomic mass of 50- 100. The solid-state detector fragment registration threshold is set at z = 5 by means of auxiliary detector assemblies having targets made of beryllium and graphite materials. The solid- state detector etching conditions enable registration of carbon fragments and do not enable registration of beryllium fragments. EFFECT: increased efficiency of operation. 1 tbl, 4 dwg
