SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to predicting the risk of death due to coronavirus infection (COVID-19) in patients with type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus (DM). In type 1 diabetes mellitus, a complex of diagnostically significant indicators is determined: age, duration of diabetes, body weight index, blood pressure (BP) values, presence of disability, presence of complications and associated diseases at the moment of infection with COVID-19, availability of vaccination against COVID-19. In type 2 diabetes mellitus, a complex of diagnostically significant indicators is determined: age, duration of diabetes, blood pressure values, presence of complications at the time of infection with COVID-19, availability of vaccination against COVID-19, taking antihyperglycemic drugs: insulin, sulphonylurea preparations, metformin, dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitors, sodium-glucose cotransporter type 2 inhibitors.

EFFECT: group of inventions enables to determine the risk of death due to COVID-19 in patients with type 1 and 2 diabetes by assessing a complex of diagnostically significant values.
