SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Revision hinged knee endoprosthesis includes a femoral element with the possibility of attachment to it of a femoral intramedullary leg, tibial element with possibility of attachment of tibial intramedullary leg and insert between femoral and tibial elements, with conformal sliding surfaces of condyles of femoral element and insert. According to the invention, a shackle is introduced for connection of the femoral and tibial elements, movably fixed in the femoral element and having a stepped geometry in the cylindrical part to prevent exit from the tibial element and the insert. Femoral element and the shackle are secured by a hinge pin with an anti-rotation projection and a screw. Insert has a horseshoe shape with a slot width smaller than the shackle trunnion diameter. Screw with two threads is used to fix the insert. Insert screw thread of smaller diameter and pitch is made with possibility of screwing into threaded hole of tibial element. Thread of larger diameter and pitch can be screwed into the hole of the insert with simultaneous formation of a thread in it.

EFFECT: reduced number of structural parts, elimination of self-unscrewing of connecting elements during operation and possibility of partial disassembly of the knee joint endoprosthesis for replacement of hinge assembly elements.
