FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has rod introducible into hollow implant and hammer for striking, the hammer moving along the rod, and nut making rest towards removable hollow implant end. The nut has handle. The handle is narrowed at the place of its attachment to the nut to allow one breaking the handle. The rod has threaded end portion mating the nut thread.
EFFECT: facilitated hollow implant and endoprosthesis pedicles removal.
