FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical orthopaedics, and can be used for total hip replacement by endoparasites as well as treating of periprosthesis fractures and instability of hip joint endoprosthesis leg. Set for hip replacement comprises acetabular component, spherical head, neck, endoprosthesis leg, intramedullary pin. At the end of endoprosthesis leg has outer thread for connection with intramedullary pin. Upper part of intramedullary pin is made in form of cylinder with inner thread for connection to endoprosthesis leg. Lower part of pin is made in form of tube with holes for dynamic and static screws arranged perpendicular to its axis, and inner thread in its upper part. Upper and lower parts of intramedullary pin are connected by means of locking mechanism, including joint and pin located in tube channel and wrapped in thread of lower part of pin. Ball head of joint has a cylindrical projection and is connected to upper part of pin, and joint body has a corresponding slot for cylindrical projection and is connected to lower part of pin.

EFFECT: invention provides for lessening of injures of surgical management of periprosthesis fractures and instability of femoral component of hip implant, faster operation and preoperative period, reduced cost of set for hip replacement due to unification of hip implant components.
