SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining equipment support device and mining equipment. Support device and mining equipment are provided. Supporting device comprises: a support upper plate; swinging unit, wherein one end of the swinging unit is rotatably connected to the support upper plate; an angle adjustment unit, wherein the other end of the swinging unit is connected to the angle adjustment unit; telescopic assembly, wherein the angle adjustment assembly is located on the telescopic assembly, and the telescopic assembly is used to adjust the height of the support upper plate. Angle adjustment unit is used to adjust the angle of rotation of the support upper plate relative to the telescopic unit, and the swinging unit actuates the telescopic unit and the angle adjustment unit with rotation for folding with the support upper plate. Angle of rotation of support upper plate relative to telescopic unit is adjusted by means of angle adjustment unit, and height of support upper plate is adjusted by means of telescopic unit.

EFFECT: accordingly, the support upper plate can be tightly attached to the upper surface of the tunnel having an angle, thereby adapting to the upper surfaces of the tunnel, having different angles, increasing the reliability of using the support upper plate and thereby increasing the efficiency of the mining equipment.
