FIELD: organic chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry, specifically to a method of producing bromodifluoroacetyl fluoride, which is used in synthesis of polyfluorinated vinyl esters, as well as various intermediates in synthesis of pharmaceutical preparations and plant protection agents. Method involves reacting perfluoroallyl fluorosulphate with lithium bromide or its dihydrate in acetone and subsequent oxidation of the obtained perfluoroallyl bromide to bromodifluoroacetyl fluoride with oxygen under the effect of UV radiation.
EFFECT: providing a method of producing an end product from readily available starting material which is easily scalable for industry.
