FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing perfluoroalkyl iodides or bromides from perfluoroalkylsulphonyl fluorides, involving reaction of the latter with hydrazine hydrate in an aprotic polar solvent - acetonitrile and subsequent halogenation of intermediate products, wherein product of reaction of perfluoroalkylsulphonyl fluoride with hydrazine hydrate without preliminary extraction from reaction mixture is halogenated with corresponding halogenhydric acid in presence of inorganic oxidizer - sodium chlorate in aqueous medium.
EFFECT: described is a method of producing perfluoroalkyl iodides or bromides from perfluoroalkylsulphonyl fluorides.
