FIELD: testing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to test benches for testing brake systems of cars and trucks. Device includes test parameters control system, as well as braking system attachment assembly, at that, the braking system fixing unit includes a replaceable splined shaft, a rear support assembly, with guides arranged on it, along which the rear headstock with a tension sensor fixed on it moves, inertial loader, which includes a system of shafts with flywheels installed on them, connected by plate couplings, asynchronous electric motor with connected hydraulic pump and hydrostatic transmission, unit of the main brake cylinder. Note here that master brake cylinder assembly comprises servo motor, electric cylinder and master brake cylinder, compressed air flow control system and blowing system.
EFFECT: increased reliability, increased accuracy and speed of tests, as well as universality of test bench for brake systems, possibility of simultaneous testing of brake discs and calipers.
