SUBSTANCE: invention is related in particular to creation of curtain walls in soil formations to localize and prevent the migration of pollutants from buried, underground and aboveground accumulation and disposal facilities (pools, barns, storages, reservoirs, tanks, bunkers, landfills, buildings and structures) of waste of various classes. Method for obtaining a soil-clay element includes creation of a technological well - a forward stroke, according to the horizontal directional drilling method. Drilling equipment after completion of the forward stroke is replaced with a bladed rotary expander and the well is cleared with a bladed rotary expander - reverse stroke, under a pressure of 0.2-0.8 MPa, during which mechanical destruction, compaction, mixing of soil with a solution of a composition based on injection mixtures, including bentonite clay powder, fine silica, plasticizing and water-repellent additives are carried out, in the following ratio, in % by weight: bentonite clay powder - 40-90; fine silica - 9.8-45; plasticizing additives - 0.1-5; water-repellent additives - 0.1-10.
