The method includes laying a tooling of drainage material, a sacrificial material, and a dry reinforcing material of the first sheathing onto the working surface, simultaneously installing liners of a light material and laying a dry reinforcing material of a corrugated aggregate, laying a second sheathing, a sacrificial material, a reinforcing material, installing a vacuum system and a feed system, installing and checking the elements of the forming tooling for airtightness, impregnating the reinforcing material with a binder, curing the binder by the vacuum or autoclave, cold or hot method, dismantling the product.

EFFECT: manufacturing three-layer integral-type structures in one moulding, not having butt joints, having high weight efficiency, increased thermal insulation, soundproofing.
