FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: brushless axial electric motor consists of a rotor and a stator, including two covers, attached to them on the outer sides two radiators of bearings, two main stator plates adjoining the covers on inner sides, and alternating stator adjusting plates, stator plates and flat coils fixed on them. Rotor includes two main and intermediate disks of the rotor with flat permanent magnets, which are located so that between two flat permanent magnets there is a flat coil made with thickness of two layers of a metal conductor. On the main rotor disks coaxially to flat permanent magnets there are flat inserts from magnetically soft material facing by one plane to the flat permanent magnets, and by the other one – to the corresponding stator covers. In each of the bearing radiators, the main and intermediate rotor discs there are channels, and in the main and adjusting plates of the stator there are slot-like holes for the cooling agent. Metal conductor of flat coils is located in cooling agent.
EFFECT: increased density of magnetic flux in the rotor, improved efficiency of winding cooling, reduced weight of the electric motor.
