SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a battery and a device related thereto, as well as to a method for its manufacture. Invention can be used in the manufacture of a battery cell, in which a temperature-regulating component located inside the battery, in the event of thermal runaway, ensures effective release of emissions from a battery cell. Improving the safety characteristics and compactness of the battery is a technical result that is achieved due to the fact that the battery cell (20) contains at least the first wall and the second wall that intersect with each other, as well as a pressure relief mechanism (213) located on the first wall that is actuated to relieve internal pressure when a threshold value of pressure or temperature is exceeded, a thermoregulatory component (13) attached to the first wall, wherein the thermoregulatory component (13) is configured to receive a fluid for regulating the temperature of the battery cell (20), and a support component (16) attached to the second wall and configured to support the battery cell (20), wherein the temperature control component (13) is configured such that when the pressure release mechanism (213) is activated, emissions released from the battery cell (20) pass through the thermostatic component (13).
