FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing 4,4'-methylenedianiline (MDA). Method involves mixing a solution of formaldehyde in water with a solution of aniline in hydrochloric acid and water in molar ratio of aniline to formaldehyde equal to 2:1, and feeding the reaction mass into microcapillary channels from polytetrafluoroethylene with an inner diameter of 0.1 to 1 mm at temperature of 40 to 55 °C and flow rate from 0.5 to 3 ml/min.
EFFECT: increased yield of MDA, simplified process of synthesis and reduced temperature fluctuations.
