SUBSTANCE: portable communication device includes: a collapsible housing, a flexible display, a protective element made of a polymer material surrounding the edge of the transparent cover in a spaced manner, wherein the protective element is attached to the supporting element; conductive element located on part of inner surface of protective element, wherein the conductive element is configured to provide an electrical path which enables the transfer of the externally applied static electric charge to the conductive supporting part; and an insulating element located on a part of the inner surface of the conductive element, wherein the insulating element is configured to block part of the space between the transparent cover and the protective element.
