FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of provision of reliability and safety of technical devices of high risk production sites. The method consists in realisation of a monitoring system, which includes assessment of condition of technical devices in technological plants, reinforced incoming inspection of technical condition of technical devices in technological plants on the basis of analysis of technical documentation with account of operation conditions, probability of failures during operation, and also comprehensive support monitoring of their actual technical condition under conditions of increased interval between major overhauls. The method provides for rating by extent of risk with identification of weak units, assignment of risk rating to them on the basis of expert-point mark using matrix form of analysis of information on factors that determine extent of potential safe further operation of technical devices and their classification, and on this basis determination of volume and level of non-destructive check depending on risk rating. Simultaneously they define areas of non-destructive check of technical devices regardless of the procedure for their rating establishment. On the basis of produced results of rating and determination of control areas they specify requirements to performance of support diagnostics of technical devices using non-destructive check facilities. Volume, facilities and frequency of non-destructive check are set with account of data from incoming inspection of technical condition, risk rating and results of comprehensive technical monitoring, carried out during major overhaul of equipment, which precedes transition of the technological plant for increased interval between major overhauls. They perform electronic archiving of data by each unit of equipment produced during audit and ranging and its technical diagnostics, i.e. produce an information data base on actual technical condition of technical devices, which makes it possible to create their electronic passport.

EFFECT: increased reliability of operation under conditions of increased interval between major overhauls.
