SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment and can be used to mix the contents of at least two compartments of a pre-filled container during dosing and to ensure isolation of the dosed substances until actual use. Group of inventions includes a container that is pre-filled or pre-filled with one or more substances, such as a medical fluid, method of dispensing at least one substance using a container and a method of making the container. Container comprises a compressible activating compartment and a dosing compartment. Activating compartment is designed to accommodate said one or more substances. Dispensing compartment comprises first part provided with at least one dispensing element for said one or more substances, and second part. Second part of the dosing compartment and the activating compartment are connected aerohydrodynamically. Activator is located in the container.

EFFECT: pre-filled container is easy to use, ensures accuracy of content release and excludes possible contamination as much as possible.
