SUBSTANCE: pipe-envelope made from composite materials includes cellular load-bearing framework, outer load-bearing envelope, box-type cover plates having clamp-shaped cross section and thin-walled cover plates mounted in strengthened zones and evenly distributed over contour of pipe-envelope. Box-type cover plates has congruent profile for embracing the intersection units, spiral stiffening ribs and transverse stiffening ribs of load-bearing framework. Intersection units and stiffening ribs of pipe-envelope are made of their halves in stiffening zones which are fastened by means of box-type cover plates, sheets and rod threaded members and adhesive.
