FIELD: load-carrying tube shell in form of body of revolution and made of composite materials is applicable in articles of aerospace engineering, construction in laying of service lines. SUBSTANCE: tube-shell has rib-cellular framework from layers recurrent in thickness of its walls. The layers are formed of systems of intersecting spiral and circular bands forming stiffening ribs with knots of intersections and external protective layers made from unidirectional threads secured with polymer binding agent. Unidirectional threads in stiffening ribs and external protective layers are made in form of shell-core structure whose core contains high-modulus threads. Shell is made of thermosetting epoxy-containing binding agent with core-shell volumetric ratio from 1:0.3 to 1:0.45. Polymer binding agent binding the unidirectional threads has thermoplastic binding substance of thermoplastic type or flexible binding substance of rubber or polyurethane type with unidirectional threads-polymer binding agent volumetric ratio of 1:1 to 1:1.2. Fibers and threads are bound with high-strength and highly rigid binding agent so efficient that under conditions of interlayer shearing and deformation withstand them without failure due to their placing into thermoplastic or flexible matrix of composite.
