FIELD: various technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: device is intended for preparation of emulsions. Device comprises a vessel, a heater and a rotor hydrodynamic radiator containing a rotor with blades, and a stator with cavitators and a cover with holes, and a rotation drive. On the cover there is a guide screen with adjustment of its position by floats relative to the liquid level. Diameter of each hole on the cover in the concentric row corresponds to the width of the blade on the given circumference, the holes are displaced relative to each other by an angle α for independent operation of each hole, or holes in concentric rows are located along radius to create oscillations with one frequency and one phase. Device allows varying the frequency and amplitude of elastic oscillations in a wide range and controlling the recirculation of liquid flows in the vessel.

EFFECT: expansion of the functional capabilities of the device by increasing the efficiency of the hydrodynamic radiator and regulating the liquid flow with a guide screen.
