FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to dispersion, blending and mixing of two mutually immiscible fluids and can be used for production of water-fuel emulsions. Proposed device combines the functions of dispersant, homogeniser, pump and batcher. It includes the drive, working tools composed by encase rotor and stator. Rotor is composed of a disc with working surface equipped with vanes arranged in rows in concentric circles. Rotor toothed elements are arranged in circle in three rows and in two steps. Stator is also composed of a disc with working surface equipped with toothed elements arranged in rows in concentric circles and made up of ledges and recesses. Stator arranged at unit inlet has batcher-cavitator secured thereto for automatic proportioning of two components.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of dispersion.
