SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ensuring safety at railway crossings. Complex for emergency transportation of vehicles from unguarded railway crossings contains tracks consisting of rollers with tracks driven by electric motors with chain transmission, installed on platforms with technical niches for maintenance and equipped with a heating system and a pneumatic blowing system, wherein said tracks can move and displace vehicles located thereon and are arranged on both sides of railway crossing. In addition, the system comprises a motion sensor configured to determine the allowable time for stopping the vehicle on the track and send a command to drive the tracks if said allowable time is exceeded, and a sensor of the system for measuring overall dimensions of the vehicle, having the possibility of being switched on when the vehicle is partially on the railway track without movement for more than a predetermined time, and determining the direction of operation of the tracks.

EFFECT: possibility of emergency transportation of motor transport from unguarded railway crossing in case of accident or failure of vehicle.
