FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to diagnostics of technical condition of electric centrifugal pump in real time. Method of diagnosing technical state of electric centrifugal pump in real time is characterized by the fact that reference signals of current sensors installed on phase conductors of electric motor of serviceable pump are determined, and obtained signals are mathematically processed. Experimental signals of current sensors installed on phase conductors of electric motor of the diagnosed pump are determined, their mathematical processing is performed and reference and experimental results are compared. During mathematical processing of reference signals of a serviceable pump, the values of the consumed currents of the electric motor of the serviceable electric centrifugal pump are measured and recorded at the minimum and maximum frequencies of rotation of the shaft of the electric motor; values of shaft rotation frequencies are fixed, from arrays of received signals of consumed currents by method of non-overlapping window the average value is calculated by the size of the window k. Further, for both the serviceable pump and the diagnosed pump, the dispersion is calculated by the size of the window k; calculating the cumulative sum for the calculated signal dispersions by the window size k; values of dispersion range function between minimum and maximum values of cumulative sums of dispersion of signals by size of window k are calculated. Reference values of the dispersion range function are fixed for the fixed frequencies of the shaft rotation. Reference values of dispersion range function for serviceable electric centrifugal pump are compared with calculated values of dispersion range function for diagnosed electric centrifugal pump. If values of dispersion range function for diagnosed electric centrifugal pump are more than values of dispersion range function for serviceable electric centrifugal pump by 8% and more, then conclusion is made on presence of defect in electric centrifugal pump.

EFFECT: improving reliability of results of diagnostics of technical condition of electric centrifugal pump during continuous operation.
