FIELD: measuring.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, namely to diagnostics of technical condition of rolling bearings, and can be used for evaluation and monitoring of current technical condition of rotating machines, assemblies and mechanisms. Method of diagnosing technical condition of rolling bearings in real time is characterized by the fact that reference signals of vibration sensors installed on the housing of a rotating on the shaft of a serviceable bearing or on the surface of one of the non-rotating bearing rings at minimum and maximum frequencies of rotation of the said shaft are determined. Experimental signals of vibration sensors installed on the housing of the bearing rotating on the shaft or on the surface of one of the non-rotating rings of this bearing are determined at randomly selected shaft rotation frequencies. Mathematical processing of received signals is carried out using a computer system. Reference and experimental results are compared.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of diagnostics of the technical condition of rolling bearings by analysing vibration signals during continuous operation.
