FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a method for determining risk of breast cancer based on bioimpedance spectroscopy and taking into account anisotropy of a biomaterial. Breast skin surface is scanned by forming leads. Four electrode arrays are used to form leads. Lead is formed by connecting a mammary gland biomaterial between one of the electrodes of one of the matrices and all electrodes of one of the adjacent matrices, the electrodes of which are combined and form a single indifferent electrode. In each lead, six descriptors are selected from the Cole graph from its real component and six descriptors from its imaginary component. Descriptors are supplied to neural networks of the first hierarchical level of the trained classifier. Solutions of neural networks of the first level belonging to the same topological structure are aggregated by means of the second level of the classifier. At the end of scanning, solutions of neural networks of the second hierarchical level are supplied to the neural network of the third hierarchical level, from the output of which the risk of breast cancer is taken.
EFFECT: more effective diagnosis of oncological diseases of the mammary gland due to taking into account anisotropy of bioimpedance and using an artificial intelligence system when obtaining a bioimpedance image of the mammary gland.
