FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing a mixture of renewable fuel components from oil and fat raw materials. Method includes: hydrodeoxygenation of a crude mixture of fat-and-oil raw materials and monoalkyl esters of simple alcohols, obtained by esterification, or re-esterification, or successive esterification and re-esterification of fat-and-oil raw materials, contained in amount of 30 to 70 wt.% of the total weight of the crude mixture, in the presence of a hydrodeoxygenation catalyst; hydroisodewaxing of the obtained hydrodeoxygenated crude mixture in the presence of a hydroisomerisation catalyst.
EFFECT: use of the disclosed invention enables to achieve 100% conversion of oxygen, increase the content of target n-alkanes C15-18 and achieve output of liquid hydrocarbons of not less than 70% at the stage of hydrodeoxygenation of the crude mixture, as well as increasing conversion of target n-alkanes C15-18, output and selectivity of liquid hydrocarbons at the stage of hydroisodewaxing of the hydrodeoxygenated mixture with concomitant improvement of manufacturability of each of the stages.
