FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in transferring the period of the main soil treatment and water-charging irrigation from autumn to spring and plowing with plowshares, by means of which part of the upper half of the bed is closed to the bottom of the furrow, and the second half of the plowed layer of 16–30 cm is completely turned up on the soil surface.
EFFECT: method provides significant reduction of weediness of crops and increase of corn yield at repeated sowing after corn for grain.
