METHOD FOR MOVING MOBILE PLATFORM OF ROBOTIC COMPLEX INTENDED FOR BREAKING UP RAILWAY ROLLING STOCK ON HUMP YARD Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC B61G7/04

Abstract RU 2834370 C1

FIELD: robotics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to robotics and can be used in a robotic complex intended for breaking up railway rolling stock on a hump yard, wherein the complex includes a mobile platform, which is placed on a running guide beam located on the outer side of the railway track, computer vision system, manipulator with corresponding electric drive for train uncoupling and mechanism of platform movement along railway track, made in the form of a caterpillar-type belt rigidly connected to the platform, located on the drive and driven wheels, installed on the running guide beam opposite ends, and a controlled electric drive, the shaft of which is connected to the drive wheel with the possibility of driving the said belt with the mobile platform. To move the mobile platform, the state of the external track stationary sensor or the technical vision system is continuously interrogated for detecting the beginning of the movement of the rolling stock and the spatial coordinates of the mobile platform along the railway track are determined, wherein in case of detection of beginning of movement, generating a signal initiating the beginning of movement of the mobile platform in the direction coinciding with the direction of movement of the oncoming railway rolling stock, in accordance with which the mobile platform is moved, and in case of coincidence of spatial coordinates of the mobile platform and the automatic coupling of the said train to be uncoupled, the speed of the mobile platform is synchronized with the speed of the train. After the manipulator performs the specified uncoupling of the train, a signal is generated, which initiates the stop of the mobile platform and the beginning of its movement in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the specified train, to the initial position.

EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to speed up breaking up of rolling stocks and to increase reliability of this process.
