FIELD: electrical measuring equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical measurement equipment and is intended for automated continuous monitoring of parameters of electrical insulation of submersible cable and submersible motor (SM) when performing tripping operations on oil and gas producing wells in order to exclude process interruptions provided in existing regulations for periodic measurement of insulation resistance during lowering of electric centrifugal pump unit (ECP) for early detection of cable damage. Technical problem is solved by the fact that the cable insulation resistance continuous monitoring device, according to the solution, consists of stationary and mobile parts, stationary part comprises interconnected receiving unit and power supply and signal conversion unit, the output of which is intended for connection to the backbone cable, mobile part comprises interconnected terminal block and transmitting unit, wherein the input of the terminal block is intended for connection to the cable of the submersible motor, and the transmitting unit is configured to transmit a signal to the receiving unit.

EFFECT: improving accuracy, reliability and efficiency of installation of the system, which provides continuous monitoring of insulation resistance and electric strength of the circuit, due to division of functional units of the device into two parts, stationary and mobile.
