SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely endocrinology, traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to treat patients with diabetic neuroosteoarthropathy in the form of Charcot's foot. The method includes the administration of Amoxicillin 875 mg + Clavulanic acid 125 mg 2 times a day for 14 days and Fluconazole 150 mg daily for 7 days and then every other day for 14 days. On the 10th day after the start of antibacterial and antifungal therapy, ethoxysclerol 3% solution is injected into the plantar surface of the foot from the lateral side to the depth foot muscles: the little finger abductor muscle, the lateral part of the short flexor of the fingers, the square muscle of the sole, 0.2-0.3 ml per injection point and a total of 2.0 ml per injection day. Injections are repeated every other day until the restoration of the longitudinal and transverse arches of the foot is achieved, the elimination of transverse flat feet, the elimination of pain in the sole, 6 to 10 ml of 3% ethoxysclerol is administered for the course of treatment.
EFFECT: use of the invention makes it possible to achieve a reduction in the manifestations of pain syndrome without surgical treatment while preserving foot tissues.
