FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas chemistry and specifically to refining synthetic Fischer-Tropsch hydrocarbons to obtain a product suitable for producing diesel fuel. Upgrading of synthetic Fischer-Tropsch hydrocarbons is carried out by cyclization of olefins, which are part of synthetic Fischer-Tropsch hydrocarbons, in a cyclization reactor with a volumetric feed rate of 1-3 h-1, volumetric flow rate of methane 100-1,500 h-1 at pressure of 6.0-10.0 MPa and temperature of 350-400°C. Cyclisation of olefins is carried out in a reactor with a fixed catalyst bed containing, wt.%: 0.1-0.9 gallium, 0.1-0.9 zinc, carrier, which is a mesoporous zeolite with a spliced hierarchical structure of the MFI/MEL type and characterized by a mesopore volume of 0.06-0.12 cm3/g and a specific surface area of 350-380 m2/g – the rest. Catalyst additionally contains 0.1-0.3 wt.% of palladium or platinum.
EFFECT: achieving increase in density of synthetic Fischer-Tropsch hydrocarbons and reduction of pour point to less than minus 60 °C, to obtain a product suitable for production of diesel fuel.
