SUBSTANCE: upper edge of a cuff is formed with an absorbable material with interrupted U-sutures between a posterior wall of a stomach and an upper wall of a pancreatic stump. The suture covers a serous-muscular layer of the stomach and 0.5cm of the pancreatic thickness. An opening opposite a Wirsung canal of the respective diameter is created in the posterior wall of the stomach. The Wirsung canal is anchored through all the layers to the gastric wall with single interrupted sutures using a non-traumatic material 4-0 along the whole circular length. A lower edge of the cuff is formed with the absorbable material in the form of the interrupted U-sutures between the posterior wall of the stomach and the lower wall of the pancreatic stump. The suture covers the serous-muscular layer of the stomach and 0.5cm of the pancreatic thickness. A full cuff is formed. Two additional stay sutures are sutured between the gastric wall and the pancreas from opposite ends of the anastomosis.

EFFECT: method enables providing leak-tightness of the anastomosis, considerably reducing a risk of postoperative inconsistency, improving the functional results and the patient's quality of life by forming the anastomosis with the full cuff, creating a fistula with the posterior wall of the stomach and using the reliable suture fixation.
