Composition for dermatological treatment contains microspheres or microparticles of at least one polymer of non-animal origin in amount of 5 mg/ml to 50 mg/ml, which have a size of about 20 mcm to 100 mcm and a molecular weight of polymer from 50 kDa to 500 kDa, where at least one polymer contains a dairy polymer acids; hydrogel containing water and gelling agent based on cellulose derivative, where the gelling agent based on the cellulose derivative is present in amount of 1% to 3% by weight and is selected from carboxymethyl cellulose and hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose; polysorbate 80 in amount of 0.05% to 1% by weight. Also disclosed are a pre-filled syringe, a bottle, an injection implant for performing a reconstructive or aesthetic dermatological treatment and a method for carrying out the reconstructive or aesthetic dermatological treatment.
