FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a cooling system for a movable coil of a high-strength electrodynamic vibration table. Determining, using a first temperature sensor, a second temperature sensor, a third temperature sensor, the water temperature at the first inlet and/or outlet nozzle of the drive coil, temperature of water at the second inlet and/or outlet connection pipe of the drive coil and temperature of water at the third inlet and/or outlet connection pipe of the drive coil in real time in the operating state of the vibration table. Actual current of drive coil is determined by means of current sensor. Minimum threshold of current intensity and maximum threshold of current intensity are pre-set, actual current of drive coil is compared with minimum threshold and maximum threshold, and rotation speed of drive motor is controlled for the first time. It is determined whether the rotation speed of the drive motor reaches the rated rotation speed n, control is performed, if the rotation speed of the drive motor does not reach the rated rotation speed n, the rotation speed of the drive motor for the second time. Control is carried out when the rotation speed of the drive motor reaches the rated rotation speed n and the water temperature at the third inlet and/or outlet connection pipe exceeds the average water temperature at the first inlet and/or outlet connection pipe of the drive coil and water temperature at the second inlet and/or outlet connection pipe of the drive coil coils, three-position four-way reversing valve for changing directions of water inlet and outlet of cooling system to complete change of direction of flow of cooling water inside drive coil.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the cooling system.
