SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology. Disclosed is a method of producing a unified intestinal medium for culturing intestinal bacteria for medical and agricultural microbiology, comprising adding to 1 l of distilled water 9.0 g of pectin, 9.0 g of xylan, 9.0 g of arabinogalactan, 9.0 g of amylopectin, 43.7 g of casein, 74.6 g of starch, 31.5 g of Tween 80, 43.7 g of bacto peptone, 0.7 g of sterile bovine bile, 4.7 g of K2HPO4x3H2O, 8.4 g of NaCl, 0.009 g of FeSO4x7H2O, 0.7 g of MgSO4x7H2O, 0.8 g of CaCl2x2H2O, 0.02 g of hemin, 0.2 g of p-aminobenzoic acid. Obtained mixture is autoclaved for 30 minutes at 134 °C and pressure of 2 atm, then 2.5 g of nicotinamide, 0.004 g of thiamine, 0.003 g of cysteine HCl are added⋅. If the unified intestinal medium is used for more than 72 hours, 1.5 g of the vitamin mixture containing per 1 l: 0.001 g of menadione, 0.002 g of D-biotin, 0.0005 g of vitamin B12, 0.01 g of pantothenic acid, 0.004 g of thiamine, 0.005 g of nicotinamide acid.

EFFECT: invention provides cultivation of the intestinal microbiota, which is not cultivated in standard intestinal media, and reproduction of the microbiota composition for a long time of cultivation.
