FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a composition for producing reinforcing rods for reinforcing concrete, used for making high-load structures based on fibrous filler. Composition for producing a reinforcing rod consists of a glass fibre roving impregnated with a polymer binder based on epoxy diane resin “ЭД-20”, a hardener and a curing accelerator, wherein the glass fibre roving is a roving of aluminoborosilicate glass with a nominal linear density of 1200±60 tex and a silane lubricant EC17-1200-350, and as a hardener, the composition contains an aromatic polyisocyanate with a weight fraction of isocyanate groups of 32%, and as a curing accelerator, triethylamine, with the following ratio of components, wt.pts.: glass fibre roving – 558.08-1031.04, epoxy resin – “ЭД-20” 100.00, aromatic polyisocyanate – 39.38-157.50, triethylamine – 0.14-0.26.
EFFECT: high bending strength, heat resistance and frost resistance, which increases the service life of the glass composite reinforcement during operation in a wide temperature range.
