FIELD: cutting implements specially adapted for horticultural purposes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to devices for removal of branches and leaves from living trees. Device for pruning trees consists of a sliding rectangular housing of two frames, which are fixed by a screw connection, two friction shafts installed in pairs in parallel on opposite sides of the housing, four cutting devices made in the form of circular saws installed by means of brackets on the console above the shafts, two on each side, tension device, which is two springs with lanyard, control unit connected to device by wire communication, two motors, pulleys and toothed belt.
EFFECT: simplified design and higher reliability of device and safety of personnel, convenience of use for end user.
