FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: plant includes a knife with flexible blades, a mechanism for its rotation, as well as a mechanism for feeding and opening the knife in the working barrel-like shape, and a bed for a fruit. The knife feeding and opening mechanism is made in the form of a piston, with the ability to move it in a cylinder, with a needle fixed on the piston for introducing into a fruit. The knife is made U-shaped in the form of two blades with inner unilateral sharpening with the ability of its mounting in the middle part between the two blades into the needle end and at the ends to the piston. A lifting mechanism for delivering the fruit to the working area of the U-shaped knife has a cup, the upper part of which is made in the form of a fruit bed having a mating inner spherical surface, and an inner spherical surface is made in the lower part of the cylinder of the knife feeding and opening mechanism.
EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining fine fruit pulp.
