DEVICE FOR PRODUCTION OF GAS SEPARATION HOLLOW FIBER MEMBRANES Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC B01F23/00

Abstract RU 2834514 C1

FIELD: gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for the production of gas separation hollow fiber membranes by wet spinning with a dry jet, in particular, to a unit for the preparation, deaeration and supply of spinning solution, and can be used for the production of gas separation hollow fiber membranes. The technical result is the creation of a compact device for ensuring the continuous production of gas separation hollow fiber membranes, achieved by a device for the production of gas separation hollow fiber membranes, which includes a mixing container mounted on a general frame containing a mixing vessel and a heating jacket, while the outlet from the mixing container is equipped with an electric pump, in addition, the mixing container is equipped with a level sensor, and the lid is equipped with a position sensor; two reactors, each of which It contains a means of mixing with an electric motor and a heating jacket, as well as a vacuum pump and an electric valve for connection to an inert gas source, and is equipped with a level sensor. The outlet of the aforementioned electric pump of the mixing tank is connected through electrically operated taps to the inlet of the first reactor and to the inlet of the second reactor. The reactor outlets are connected via electric cranes to the inlet of a gear pump with a chevron gear engagement, which is connected to the die. In addition, a control controller is mounted on the common frame, connected to the aforementioned sensors, electric motors, electric pumps, electric drives, vacuum pumps, electric valves and an electric gear pump drive.

EFFECT: creation of a compact device for ensuring the continuous production of gas separation hollow fiber membranes.
