SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas production and can be used for monitoring development of gas and gas condensate deposits. Resistive sensor is pre-calibrated by measuring electrical resistance and temperature of salt solutions of a given mineralization in laboratory conditions using a sealed conductometric cell simulating measurement conditions in the well piping. Saline solutions and direct emulsions with different fractions of formation water are used as calibration, then, a calibrated resistive sensor is installed in a cylindrical recess of the pipeline, which is simultaneously a sample catcher and a measuring cell, and the value of electrical resistance of the associated liquid containing mechanical impurities is measured. Measured value of electric resistance of associated liquid containing mechanical impurities, Reƒƒ, is used to determine the value of electric resistance Rspeƒƒ, which corresponds to a homogeneous conducting space, by the formula: Rspeƒƒ = Reƒƒ * Ktr. The conversion factor Ktr is equal to 0.88. The value of the interelectrode capacitance of the sensor Cspeƒƒ is determined using the formula for the capacitance of two cylinders of finite dimensions immersed in a homogeneous space with permittivity εau. Using the ratio: ε * ρe = Cspeƒƒ * Rspeƒƒ, determining specific resistance ρe of pure liquid without impurities.

EFFECT: scientifically grounded method of eliminating the effect of mechanical impurities on the signal measured by a resistive sensor.
