FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, namely to equipment for collection and distribution of gas-liquid flows, and can be used in oil and gas industry. Method of distributing flows of working media at underwater process plant includes supply of gas-liquid flow into piping due to energy of gas-liquid flow through at least one inlet pipeline. Gas-liquid flow is directed to the outlet section of at least one inlet pipeline located in the upper part of the collector at an angle with the possibility of entering the downstream collector under the action of gravitational forces of the gas-liquid flow, having a larger flow area than the flow area of at least one inlet pipeline, in which gas-liquid flows of the entire underwater process plant are collected, they are mixed and the flow rate is reduced, after which the gas-liquid flow is distributed along at least one outlet pipeline having a smaller flow area than the flow area of the collector. Liquid fraction accumulated in the lower part of the collector is drained into the stagnant zone of the downstream inlet section of at least one outlet pipeline, from where it is further carried out in the form of a liquid plug.
EFFECT: reduced dynamic effects on pipeline due to passage of liquid plugs.
