FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to induction heaters of liquids. Induction heater of liquid contains a ferromagnetic core with primary winding coils located on its three rods and connected to power sources, as well as a secondary winding arranged around the primary winding and made in the form of turns from an electroconductive pipe. Adjacent turns of secondary winding enveloping neighbouring core rods are tightly connected to each other with possibility of fluid flow between them by means of truncated sections of electroconductive pipe and form vertically located sections. Each of the turns of the secondary winding is made of two identical arc-shaped elements, and the extreme turns of the sections are connected to the collector pipes. In each of the turns of the secondary winding, the corresponding ends of the arc-shaped elements are connected to each other by straight sections of the electroconductive pipe. Length of straight sections of electroconductive pipe in extreme turns of sections exceeds length of straight sections of electroconductive pipe in middle turns of sections, and sections of secondary winding are permanently connected to each other by jumpers located horizontally.
EFFECT: increased reliability of induction heater of liquids due to provision of uniform heating of liquid product in induction three-phase heater and symmetry of electric currents in three-phase primary network, as well as due to reduction of noise and vibration during operation.
