SUBSTANCE: invention relates to auxiliary functional elements of vehicles and can be used for interactive communication in cars or in any production with high level of noise. Light-LED information-communication display board for visual communication of drivers-road users consists of an information display-board with light-emitting diodes, control buttons, a HELP button and a control unit, connected to each other by wires, wherein the display board consists of three parts: rear part, which is a flexible polymer glass and performing the function of a frame, a middle part in the form of a perforated film glued to the glass, where matrices made from a transparent polymer material are located, with LEDs connected to each other by wires, and the front part, which is a toning polymer film, wherein the HELP button is installed in the car separately from the control buttons in a place which is invisible to prying eyes, but is easily accessible to the driver.

EFFECT: design of a device for convenient, safe and fast informing of road users using preset messages.
