FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to equipment for fine organic synthesis and pharmaceutical chemistry, namely to an apparatus for nitrosation of phenol. This apparatus comprises an external circulation circuit, a reactor for crystallisation of p-nitrosophenol from a liquid phase stream to form solid p-nitrosophenol and a mother solution, and a device for separating solid p-nitrosophenol from the mother solution. External circulation circuit is equipped with a pump, a heat exchanger, a liquid phase flow supply line to the heat exchanger, which is connected to the phenol solution supply line, the sodium nitrite solution supply line and the sulphuric acid solution supply line, the liquid phase flow discharge line from the heat exchanger, as well as a means for dividing the liquid phase flow removed from the heat exchanger between the liquid phase flow supply line to the reactor and the liquid phase flow supply line to the heat exchanger. Reactor for crystallisation of p-nitrosophenol is equipped with a mixer, a cooling element, a gas supply line to the reactor, a gas phase discharge line, a discharge line of solid p-nitrosophenol and a mother solution from the reactor to a device for separating solid p-nitrosophenol. Apparatus for separating solid p-nitrosophenol is equipped with a water supply line for washing solid p-nitrosophenol, a solid p-nitrosophenol discharge line and a mother solution discharge line.
EFFECT: increasing the productivity of the apparatus in order to obtain a high yield of finished product of equally high quality.
