FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: electrosurgical generator comprises pulse controlled power supply (1) with a control input, the output of which is connected to power generator (2), passive (3) and active (5) electrodes, current sensor (4), as well as voltage generator (10), which is proportional to the set temperature. Device additionally includes voltage sensor (6), multiplier of high-frequency signals (7), first (8) and second (11) inertial aperiodic links, operational amplifier (9). First output of the power generator is connected to a passive electrode, a current sensor, the input of which is connected to the second output of the power generator. First output of the current sensor is connected to the active electrode. Voltage sensor input is connected to the first output of current sensor. Inputs of the high-frequency signal multiplier are connected to the second output of the current sensor and the output of the voltage sensor. Input of the first inertial aperiodic link is connected to the output of the high-frequency signal multiplier. Output of the first inertial aperiodic link is connected to the inverting input of the operational amplifier, and a voltage generator is connected to the non-inverting input. Input of the second inertial aperiodic link is connected to the output of the operational amplifier, and the output is connected to the control input of the pulse controlled power supply.
EFFECT: improving accuracy of maintaining temperature in the working zone of biological tissue in a wide range of variation of its electrical resistance, simplifying the design.
