FIELD: medicine; urology.
SUBSTANCE: testicular vessels are dissected. Inferior epigastric vessels are separated and mobilised in inguinal segment. They are gripped hold through inguinal approach. Inferior epigastric vessels are mobilised from inguinal approach only. Inferior epigastric arteries and veins are transected separately. Testicular vessels are transected. End-to-end anastomosis is formed between lateral branch of inferior epigastric artery and testicular artery. Arteriovenous anastomosis is end-to-end between main trunk of inferior epigastric artery and commintant inferior epigastric vein. Venous anastomosis is formed between testicular vein and the second commintant inferior epigastric vein.
EFFECT: reduced operation length and thermal ischemia; prevented complications caused by additional approach and dimensional mismatch of inferior epigastric and testicular arteries; arranged conditions for optimal arterial inflow to testicle tissues and restored fertility after crossed anastomosis.
